Well, considering Eddie McGuire had him rubbed out the moment the incident occurred, and Dennis Commetti convicted him as well, not to mention the lynching handed to him by the Herald Sun, I should think Crawford is a lucky bastard indeed.

The afl tribunal is a deadset joke.....
AND the sooner they follow the NRL's judiciary system, the better it will be for the supporters and players.....at least everyone will know where they are at!!

You had to be there to hear all the evidence.
With the video evidence being inconclusive, Rick Lewis jumped the gun and reported Crawford when he really should not have reported Crawf at all.
Rick Lewis copped a big blast.

There comes a time when a player must take responsability for his actions, even if it wasn't intentional. I remember back in 1996 Gary Ablett did something similar against St Kilda, but because the guy had a bloodied face, Ablett got 5 weeks!!
Where's the justice???
