hey got cricket 2004 for christmas, awsome game blah blah blah but i just wanted some tips on how you guys time the ball and how you decide what strokes to play
 
Play in the the nets because the tips that Maxwell gives you are actually helpful. Dont use too many power shots even if the confidence is high because they dont work too much. Just play: Sqaure Cuts, Sqaure Drives, Cover Drives, Straight Drive, On Drive, Sweep Shot, And Hook/Pull Shot all without power and you should do fine. Im currently in a test against India and in my 2nd innings Im 1/99. It is a very good game though and EA have done a good job. Though you could have posted in the PS2 Cricket 2004 topic already here.
