Nice one! I like your picks for the Pies. I'd be particularly happy to grab Lonergan and Hrovat - they are two definites on my 'if I were Derek Hine' hit list but was sorry to miss Membrey. You did well. Hopefully Mayes and O' Rourke will give your boys a much needed shot in the arm next season.

If Freo picked an undersized key forward/mid-sized forward flanker I think I'd spew. Membrey may be a great player, but it'd be a wasted pick for us to pick him up.

If we don't try to pick up Shaw (tall, genuine KPF), we'd be more likely to grab a KPD (a few have mentioned Clurey), or even someone like Simpson or Garlett (quick mid/forwards with great disposal).

Haynes over Simpson as an outside speedy type is an interesting selection, how come you went that way?

I just think Collingwood have plenty of fast players who play the half forward/wing role that Simpson would play compared to their defence. Haynes would be perfect to have as an understudy for Heath Shaw. I also think Haynes will eventually be a better player than Simpson. Could easily swap them two around though.
