Crows Logo / Old SANFL logos.

Firstly does anyone possess a copy of the old Crows Logos, ie. the one in the shield, and the camry crows logo? I'm looking for copies of these logos.

Also does anyone have any old SANFL logos not featured below?

I'm trying to collect a whole bunch of these logos but these are all I have.

that was the logo from 98 til about 2000 i think, the first logo was essentially the same, but the adelaide text was very small, and crows was large

Your 100% correct about the Adelaide logo, Adelaide text small and Crows logo large. Interesting as I cannot locate a logo that shows this, but I am 100% certain about this.

If I am not mistaken that took place in 97 when the criminals of South Australia entered the AFL.

Don't they just. There was a poll on the North website not long ago asking about updating the logo and I think about 60% of people said no.

West Adelaide's is fantastic, but WWT and CDFC are shoddy WCE/WB ripoffs.

South has gone from a menacing panther to a greyhound in need of a shave, while the new Redleg toepoint looks a little ghey.

You must have the original Crows magazine from 1991.

I still kept that I remember I was going to throw that out, and I thought to keep it for memories.

Maybe 100 years from now it may be worth something.

Interesting can you list the TV guide for Crows matches.

Channel 7 were initially only going to show few televised games. (before pay TV)

Now all hell would break lose if that were to happen.

I cannot believe we had a club song like that, yes I still remember that awful song going around AAMI (oopps Football Park).

thanks for the logo example that was our first official logo, i knew i wasnt drinking or taking drugs when i made the comment.

Another point is that we were known for a while as the CAMRY CROWS !

As I spoiled kid I wanted to be known as the MERCEDES CROWS.

Anyways, on another point I wish the players had their names on the back of the jumper !

When it comes to our very proud history I would trust a passionate crows supporter over any website.

Why proud? Look at the teams with no flags since 91: Saints, Bullies, Demons, Freo, Tigers and Port (lol)

Im fairly confident Port stole one, almost two (well at the start of the GF last year they looked capable of stealing another!)

Now all I need the the logo with the cartoon crow inside it and instead of "Adelaide crows" it should say CAMRY CROWS, I cant believe no-one has it, it used to be everywhere in the first couple years...

Do I read from that that fans in Adelaide weren't treated to the Round 7 shellacking at Moorabbin?

It was shown in Sydney, so if I'm the only one here to have seen it I'll be even more scarred than I am by the memories.

Centrals looks nothing like the Western Bulldogs logo, so not sure where you get that comparison from.

Agree with you on the Eagles one - albeit West Coast's from the 1990's.

West Adelaide's looks like my sister's Pomeranian x Poodle, which is why I jokingly refer to West Adelaide as the Riley's (that's the dogs name).

Here are some flashbacks from our very early years. I don't have a great deal of photos.

The first Crows team, 1991. The team that ended up thrashing the Hawks in the opening game of the season.
