I thought Talia was pretty good for most of the match.
But Tex was terrible.
It seems we get toweled up in the centre clearances when the game is on the line.

Galluci and Murphy 25 disposals between them and 1 goal 2 points to Murphy. How is galluci not under pressure when we have Josh jenkins who can play forward and ruck forward, and Murphy needs to be making more of his chances . Atkins is an easy target imo. He scored as many goals and had almost as many possessions as galluci and Murphy combined. Selection is all wrong. Galluci does not deserve a spot. Not far behind him is Murphy. Less said about Tex the better.

Everyone's pointing their fingers at Atkins and knights, they had close to 40 between them and 1 goal. Not great.

But even worse galluci and Murphy with 25 disposals between them and 1 goal. Galluci and Murphy have to go ahead of Atkins and knights imo.

Especially galluci, if you had to pick 1 to drop, its him. (Bring in JJ for him. Easy.) Closely followed by knights or Murphy. Atkins shouldn't be in the same conversation as them. He has more upside imo.

Don't get me wrong it was a terrible decision. But he never should have hot the ball. Kelly picked the ball up, had all the time in the world and kicked it back into the congested side. Brown was free on the open side with someone else free for the next kick.

We can't afford to have galluci, knight, murphy, Atkins all in the first team and Gibbs and Jenkins in the seconds. It's to much to carry. Blood a couple, but not all 4 at once. And galluci has shown the least of the 4 by a long way imo so he goes and jj comes back in. Leave the rest to the selection table, whether 1 of the other 3 gets dropped for Gibbs etc, dunno. But galluci for Jenkins is a no brainier at this point.

Especially whe play g a tall marking team like the Eagles just bad selections.

Keath and greenwood are the only players we seem to be able to rely on for 4 quarter performances, along with a fit matt crouch.

Yep correct call - we preserve with Knights - who has done very little over the prolonged journey - Atkins is a bit player and I think maybe Gallucci has had enough chances!

He was MUCH better than Knight and he wasn't good either

Yeah, gotta agree with the majority saying himmelberg did absolutely nothing and Jenkins probably would have been the difference. If we could have won a centre clearance. But we were destroyed in the ruck. Destroyed.

Crapola, Reilly O'Brien [40 Hit Outs] and Himmelberg [11 Hit Outs] were at best shaded by Vardy [48 Hit Outs], Allen [9 Hit Outs] and Darling [4 Hit Outs] on the night. The Centre Clearances for the night were Adelaide 13 - Weagles 8, Stoppage Clearances Crows 35 - Weagles 41.

It was basically a game of 2 halves and the major difference between the 2 teams was down to our forwards not taking their chances when they presented along with wasteful goal kicking, an indicator of that the fact we had 60 inside 50's to the Weagles 48.

Was going to bring this up at the time - had the easy switch but went to Talia instead henning him in .
Does not excuse Talia's decision rather than expose Kelly and his well below average decision making .

Completely disagree again, and the stats don't back up your claims but everyone has their own opinions. To me galluci has had his chances and delivered nothing. That handball had to go to eddie in the pocket, instead he hesitated, did nothing and then kicked it out on the full! Spud.
