I'm with Frogger. I'd have to have a good hard think about Crouch vs Wingard.

Wingard is an amazing little player.

We gave Crouch the No 2 guernsey (Brad Moran Wayne Carey). Clearly we don't have high (hopefully not literally) hopes for him.

Watched the Brownlow tonight and whilst I was really pleased at how well Dangerfield performed and that Sloane also go a good number of votes the one that I was most impressed with was Crouch. I think he got 6 votes which beat O'Meara by two votes. I am not sure of the number of games that Crouch played but I reckon this was a truly great performance for a first year player. My Congratulations to all our boys but I take my hat off to Crouch

14 games for Crouch v O'Meara 22.

6 Brownlow votes for a rookie of 14 games demonstrates just how good this lad is going to be. Brilliant move by the club to secure him the way they did, plus Brown proved to be gold-plated steak knives rather than the usual very ordinary variety.
