where do we all see Jackson at? i like the way he plays - seems one of the rare players we have that can break tackles and has much needed "mongrel" - in a way that is probably a little more controlled than Kingy.

hyde & tivvva are deifinitely culled by now - where does this bloke sit?>

Was great late last year, but hasn't gone on with it in 2008. Not sure with him yet, but he has time to prove himself with Tivva/Hyde gone for good.

Jackson's had a few injury problems this year, he looked in agony when he was getting his back manipulated on the boundary in the first half.

Plenty to like about the way he's developed - hard at it, strong, quick, good kick, decent in the air and will eventually have elite endurance.

Was an outstanding draft selection nabbing him a year early. He'll pay us back in spades if he can get his body right.

Dont think he breaks tackles well and lacks some awareness. Cant say im sold on him i think he is in the delistings if you stop the season right now.

Jackson is a player looking for a position. For mine, he is a good strong wingman that can kick long to a leading forward and can break the lines with some pace. Earlier in the year he got some really tough tagging roles. Did well initially, then badly on a couple of guns. Probably would have got the same result from many others in the side. So TW has been very, very tough on him.
I say put him on the wing for the next four games and see what he can give us. Can play forward as well, as he was very much a Brereton like player at schoolboy footy.

summed up well , couple of lovely passes finished his work off well, should get plenty more chances to entrench himself in the side, is yards better than Hyde and has pace too

Has a real future.
Maybe his positon is as a half forward tagging the flankers that run off their man and start all the forward attacks.
He has the pace to play this role and he is big enough to be a genuine target for us going forward.
There is a lot of upside to this boy.

i think he probably needs to have a run for the rest of the year - seems he has some pretty good upside - but we need to make a definitive decision on this bloke by seasons end. we can;t have inconsistent players anymore.

no more hydes, no more chaffeys - lets play him till seasons end and sort out what this bloke is capable of

Hate to break it to you guys but how long can we keep guys like Jackson on our list. It seems he always plays 5-10 solid games a year and he's given a new contract. He has poor awarness and is way too propy. Still a massive candidate for delistment at the end of the year imo
