Great to have on board for the next 3 years , our number 1 ruck by the length of the Flemington straight.

He's so much better as a ruckmen than a forward.

Like Cox he's great when he has space and 1v1 contests in the forward line, but if he is a full time forward he gets stuck in packs and struggles to impact.

Been huge since taking on the #1 role
Reckon it took a few games and a partnership with Cox to get into the role. Been good since and a new contract is well deserved.

Well done Darcy Cameron. I reckon he is now starting to believe that he belongs.

If he keeps this form together and I see absolutely no reason why he won,t It will come down to a choice between Cox and Grundy for the 2nd big man.
His rucking is improving week on week and his work in the air is very good as is his ground work it is great to see him blossom,

Has had a lot of knockers on here… but I’ve been a fan of Cameron since he first arrived

Great news that he’s re-signed… but he hasn’t signed on to play VFL for 3 years

Needs to consistently play seniors or other clubs will come knocking will bigger promises
Yes it is great he has re signed and I think the way he is playing I would be picking him 1st of all our big men and if and when Grundy comes back in Cameron has to have a bigger share of the ruck load as he is showing to be more than capable in the ruck.

Great game again from Cameron.

Up against Keeffe and T.Green so he needed to dominate and did.

Next week he finally comes up against a quality ruck in Witts, so we need him to hold his own.
Big test for him next week. First time around Wittsy smashed him. Let's see how much he has improved

I am going down for this match and It will be a tough match but hopefully we can nullify Witts who is going from strength to strength. I think with the 2 big boys we may be more of a match up for him but as I say he is AA ruck atm and playing well.

Obviously De Goey is straight back in if he good to go if not Carmichael in for Chugg while I would prefer a 2nd game for Chugg but we need a little more around the ball against them.
Massive match for us and them win this and we probably only need 3 more wins to be playing at the end of the season.

Cox and Cameron have made to great duo since grundy has been out. I think mixing it up has been great for Cameron.

2 weeks ago he was up against one of the great all time rucks in Gawn and did very well .
Gawn was lame as was injured mid-match and has been on the sidelines since.

Cameron (and Cox) have both had some good outings in Grundy's absence.

But they have been against ordinary opposition recently - DeKoning and Silvagni, Reeves, Keeffe, J.Sweet - Cameron and Cox should be bossing those types.

When Grundy went down, Cameron came up against Witts and Nank and was well beaten. So a good chance to see how he goes with plenty of confidence and form behind him.

We need a good game from Cameron this week.

I think Cameron has a different mindset to the tentative player against Witts and Nankervis and if I recall he was going alright against Gawn and Jackson before Gawn,s injury.

I think a bit of credit where credit where is due is not a bad thing, that injury for Gawn happened just before halftime and Jackson was pretty good v Brisbane as I said credit where credit is due.
