I did my knee at training today and will be out for 4 weeks apparently.
Let's hope Davey isnt out for long.

Good luck tommorrow, and it will be a cracker of a game, despite people thinking it will be an easy collingwood win.

by the looks of things at the moment not many people are tipping essendon for the anzac clash. Essendon love the big games and all the boys will be pumped and fired up from the anzac preparations. Essendon by 14.

I agree, we are a proud and passionate club. Look out for the performances of our clubmen today, the much maligned types like mcphee, welsh. These are the kind of guys who love essendon and when we have our backs against the wall will come out firing. Go Bombers

I guess if there is a silver lining (there has to be doesnt there?) it is that with all these injuries players that wouldnt have got a game this year in Pears Daniher etc will get exposure making us stronger for next year. We should be happy that at least we do have some depth with NlM to come in not a bad inclusion.
I pose the question if Spike Lucas Dempsey Jetta and Lonergan Davey were available who would be missing out?
Me thinks Hickmont would be licking his lips for an injury free Bombers.

If all players fit I think Johns, NLM, Monfries, Slatts, Pears would be running round for Bendigo
