Matty Neilsen played in the Summer League for the Spurs last offseason and didn't seem to impress the coaches too much, altough not gettign a great deal of game time behind Stephen Jackson and Ira Newble.

But he may just make it one day.

Even if Andersen gets drafted early 2nd round that's far from a guarantee of an NBA contract. In fact, it's unlikely he'll make a team from there.

I saw him play a Euroleague game last season and he looked well away from beingt he best player on his team.

If that was a criterion then players like Pau Gasol wouldn't have been drafted.

I get your point about the 2nd round thing, Paul Rogers was drafted at 54 by the Raptors, never really had a chance of making it.

i have now read two mock drafts predicting that andersen will go to the lakers in the first round
