There seemed to be a question mark over his fitness and attitude last season but he must be on the fringe of senior selection at the moment.

It depends on injurys and form though. When you're a midfielder and you've got players like Dal Santo, Hayes, Harvey, Ball and Montagna ahead of you in the pecking order it won't be easy.

We've should also have Gram moving onto the wing, and Schneider at times. Baker will also return. Geary is pushing very hard for selection. Armitage is in and under, but agree Hayes & Ball will play this role when fit.

I wouldn't pick him for a starting team, but might be a worthwhile trade if we lose a couple to injuries.

I like the kid, great to see youth in the team and a player who is not on prone injury list. David is a very smart player, expect big things from him, he has a football brain and great skills.

New blood youth will be the difference for St Kilda, we should not always depend on senior players..............

There's also Birss, Clinton Jones, Blake, Leigh Fisher, Xavier, Fiora and a few others that may just be above him in the pecking order for that cemented midfield spot. It's great to have this much depth though.
