Having trouble understanding why we should be toasting him.
Sure he got rid of Knights and for that we should all be thankful but he was there when Knights was extended and his reason for the extension was bloody disgraceful.

If thats the case could I please have a job with EFC? Every place I've worked at have KRAs whereby exceeding KRA equates to a reasonable bonus, but failure to meet KRAs means you're on the fast track out of there.

Most club contracts don't work that way. The risk of someone not fulfilling benchmarks is offset by the term being fixed, which is why an extension of Knights' contract was a huge mistake; effectively we didn't have a get-out-of-jail free card that should've come at the end of this year.

Just aside, even players have bonus benchmarks (young players if they play a certain number of games, forwards if they kick a number of goals, poll votes in B&F etc), but they only way a contract can be terminated is if it's for misconduct or it's paid out.

If you're going to have a crack at Evans for being around when they signed up the extension, why stop there ? He was there when they signed him up in the first place.
