Nice idea, but to be honest I hope the timing around this was because the club has done a thorough assessment of the available/interested candidates and determined Teague is the right option to take the club forward.
Happy for there not to be an 'overseer' imposed upon Teague. (He's in a Teague of his own)
Reckon last Friday may have gone some way to seal the deal for Teague, if indeed there needed to be any sealing.
Wonder who's going to be fronting the press conference alongside Teague. Be right for it to be Liddle or even Lloyd....or both.

Happy with the appointment, like any coaching appointment we wont know for a few years if it is the right move. Can guarantee there wont be a drop off in membership next year, carlton supporters are right behind Teague

Something Teague said very early on in the piece that should make most of us happy - He alluded to open training sessions being back on the agenda.
