It is more of a traditional grass court, pretty different to Wimbledon.
Hopefully Kyrgios can finish this off, he's played fairly well (compared to istomin anyways)

Lleyton is a little dodgy sometimes now, especially first up, so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't end up being as routine as it should be against Dustov. That said the crucial tie is in the bag, well done Nick.

It's a pretty silly situation when if it was 2-1 heading into the final day you would only have to play one tie if the team leading won the 4th rubber while if you are up 3-0 you have to play both. Easy enough for Groth to play a tie, and good for him, but it does suck they have to play that 5th one with a player with a question mark over their fitness. I guess Rafter could have avoided it by just playing Groth/Gooch in doubles, but still. I think it was Kohlschreiber that refused to play a dead rubber earlier in the year and caused a shit storm.

Stunning day at the tennis today! Weather was amazing. I think everyone today was thankful that they play out the dead rubbers - was great seeing Groth and Kyrgios in action. Really well ran event - well done Cottesloe tennis club. Close to packed too.
The final match was only best out of 3 sets. Kyrgios is stupidly talented.
