Personally I think that is great to hear. The more I hear this guy, the more I think he was the right choice, even if he hasn't got the results yet.

Bailey has no interest in trading for experienced types to plug gaps, even if it might help the win-loss ratio next season.
"We're in a position certainly to draft young - to try and develop a really strong culture and strong bond," Bailey said.
"I'm not here to make quick-fix decisions just to suit my tenure as a coach.
"My responsibility is to look long term for the Melbourne footy club. If that means what I do now sets it up for the future, then I'll do that.
"It would be ridiculous for me to look for some quick fixes."
If your pushing into your late 20s and underperforming at Melbourne, you have every reason to be worried.
Long-time servants likely to face scrutiny include ruckman Jeff White (aged 31) and brave but injury-prone defender Matthew Whelan (28).
Ben Holland (31) and Adem Yze (30) are definitely in their last year. Nathan Carroll (27) needs a miracle to hang on from here.
"We've got to ensure our list is looked at seriously. I would think we would make some changes at the end of the year," Bailey said.
"We're probably going to lean a bit more to holding on to youth than holding on to experienced players.
"How many and who goes? It's still pretty early yet. But we're heading down the youth line."
Personally I think that is great to hear. The more I hear this guy, the more I think he was the right choice, even if he hasn't got the results yet.
