Just adressing the alarming increase of trolling by opposition supporters on the Richmond board.

I have the opinion that a zero tolerance opposition trolling policy should be put into place.

If an opposition supporter trolls straight away ban them from the board and hand them an infraction.

I'm sick of having to put up with this **** that opposition supporters dish up on here very single week.

On the game day thread and bay 13, fair game but on here we shouldn't have to put up with it.

I'd like to win by a huge margain to troll Richmond supporters, but you know already that they will find something like 'but Richmond win more contested posessions per game than Hawthorn', or you only beat us by 40 points, or Floodthorn, even though they play Bowden and Polak in a 8 man defence.

They are delusional because they have no idea what success is.

That's the kind of post that outlines members from other boards opinion towards the Richmond board, they can easily get away with trolling.

Why should we put up with it when no other board does?
 
I wouldn't worry . People who troll on other clubs boards ( especially if you're on the bottom ) are quite sad :o

They should be slapped down, not by the moderators, just by other posters who realise that they are tragic but within their rights to say whatever they need to say.

Agree. Expose the feeble minded cretins with some well constructed arguments and make them out to be the fools that they are.
 
Invite em over I reckon! Let them sling shit with the best of them. Obviously their own boards are so boring and incepit that they must resort to finding mental stimulation at the primary board on BigFooty. We might be bottom of the ladder but at least we arent boring.
 
i agree. bring on the trolls. anyone with a memory of Moorabin will remember the patch between the umps and home sides races, the members grandstand and a fence, also known as, you guessed it, the animal enclosure. If an opposition supporter was in that 10x15 metre patch they would be hit with insults until they were an inch tall.

SO, in conclusion i hereby rename the Bigfooty Richmond Board, the Bigfooty Richmond Animal Enclosure. or anything like that i really dont care. discuss.

The best way to annoy a troll is not to respond to them. They are seeking attention so don't give them any. If we all ignored the trolls they would go away.

The level of tension amongst the moderators is symbolic of the delusional zone they spend their lives in,taking any comment made as a direct hit at the bare foundations of the club:rolleyes:,whilst all the time,failing to acknowledge that the position of, "Internet Forum Moderator" is a non existent authority in the main scheme of things

The Carlton board is invisible to me because i called somebody an idiot for saying Bryce Gibbs has had a better career then Andrew Raines before Gibbs had even played a game:thumbsd::rolleyes:
 
Whats funny is trolls come on here and bag out our team and we agree with them and sling even more crap at the club.

That confuses the hell out of them and they bugger off.

No point trolling if we make their trolling efforts look lame in comparison. LMAO

How would you feel if the opposition supporters didn't CARE that we were on the bottom? Do we want them feeling sorry for us? I'd rather be hated and trolled than unimportant. :thumbsu:
 
We are in our 27th year of pain, humiliation, torture, not to mention the money we've all paid out for psychiatrists lol etc, we must have developed a backbone somewhere along the way. We are best equipped to handle anything if we're still coming back for more of the same.

Ignore them and they could go away, but fighting them is better fun! :thumbsu:

according to wallace your glory days arent that far away only four more years to wait..then "decade of misery er ah sorry i meant opportunity"will start not long to wait hang in there,but if i was a betting man,id say wallace wont be around coaching the tigers in 2011//a change of coach end of next year could be the GO!!VOSS/BUCKLEY/could be worth pursuing!!:thumbsu::p

Your visit here is another recognition that the Hawthorn site must be dull and boring. Perhaps discussions on widening that brown stripe on Jeff Kennets jacket has become a bit tedious. I have a few suggestions on how to do that but I musn't be rude.
