Haven't had a laptop in yonks. But as I said, the Sony Bravia only lmirrors directly to certain branded devices. I googled the shit out of that before making a mad dash to Dick Smiths before the Roo's preseason game.
Internet access direct on the TV ? ......if not, didn't google long enough ;)

Depends on the number of draftees and rookie upgrades. 4 gone already I think, you'd think the first and 3rd rounders would get used, leaving one spot for upgrades or Jarman. So it looks pretty tight to my eye. Should just delist Thommo now and use the Gibbs money to pay him out. We obviously won't be breaking our cap and we need the list spot.
Thommo wasn't amazing this year but we can't afford to lose him now. Imagine the pitchforks if we lose two mids when we were supposed to be getting more!

Well, to be fair to me, at the time we were only working off 4G from our mobiles. So didn't think of hooking up the TV direct to Internet access, as we had limited data. I'd only searched for how to mirror my device to the TV. Does this mean that my TV has a browser.

Should do if it is a Smart TV.

I'd take Barlow or better yet a Bartel with a midfield development coaching gig option well ahead of seeing Thommo's broken down body struggling to run half way through the season again.

Should do then. Should also be able to use apps on it like Netflix, youtube etc. I have youtube on my phone snyced to my tv so i can use my phone as a youtube remote. Works well for the afl games people upload on youtube.

Right, so I don't need the Telstra TV or apple device to use apps. I could have downloaded Netflix etc straight to the TV?

Is there a smart tv button on your remote? Open it up and see what's installed as standard.

Well it's just become pretty clear that I've not used my TV to its full potential. There is an apps button but there weren't ant preloaded. Just a big plus sign for me to download them. Whooda thought TV's could do that.

Out: Lyons, Van Berlo, Jaensch, Lowden
In: Pick 13, Pick 43, Pick 53, Pick 67
ROB probably has to come off the rookie list by now doesn't he? If Jarman still hasn't been bid on by pick 53 I dare say they'll pluck someone from the draft.

Hope we can manage to sign him. Then I'd love to see some experimenting with him in our forward line during the NAB cup. His first season was a complete write off due to injury, but the rapid progression he showed this year is very encouraging, especially considering players of his size tend to take longer to develop.

And if bigman likes him, pencil Dear in as a gun.

Or you can get a half decent home theatre system for your TV. It will have wifi and you can just stream straight from your PC to there then through the TV.
It will also have netflix app etc already on it as well as a stack of other stuff. Mine was about $500. (http://www.thegoodblog.com.au/produ...o/review-sony-blu-ray-home-theatre-bdv-n9100/)
You could get something cheaper though that will still have those features. Bonus is you get a blue ray player and awesome sound on your telly.
