As much as i cant stand terry at the moment, and im bagging him out, i do understand he was left with an arse end of a side. but he still has made a couple of critical errors.

If we dont make finals next year, he might as well pack his bags and move to hawaii cause he wont be any use here.

We have had so many coaches over the years and no-one has been able to fix our problems. Experienced coaches like Walls, Jeans, Northey and now Wallace have not been able to produce success.

Is changing the coach really the answer? Do you really think a novice coach like Voss has the ability to do what experienced coaches couldn't do? Who the hell would want to coach us anyway? With so many other clubs (Freo, Melb, Ess, Carl) having a possible vacancy, we would only get the slops.

At least Wallace and Miller seem to have a plan, I don't agree with all their decisions but we seem to be developing our youth and they are showing some good signs. I am going to be patient a bit longer and hope that things start to come together next year. I'll just put this year down as a development year for our youth.

Dear Terry,

We gave you a five year contract. You are just over half way through it. I trust that you know that you will not be extended if we are not or close to a top 4 team at the end of year five.

We have seen the hawks rise very quickly in a year. Stick at it and let's see where we are at in 50 games time.

Clearly our problem still is the midfield. Forget this Kruzer bloke and get midfielders who can dispose of the ball properly.

This is not about Wallace being sacked just telling him the thoughts of the Richmond faithful. We have been and are being patient but the man comes out and tells us where not tanking because he has to when it is clear to all and sundry that it is the only reason possible for us being this poor after winning 11 games last year.

Wallace is not using the clever tactical tricks that he used to pick up a couple of wins last year (like the Adelaide and Geelong games). He is trying to teach the players to follow a gameplan and stick to it. That is a form of tanking in itself even though he still wants to win.

Winning would be good but development is obviously the primary focus.
