Just thought I would pass on the thoughts of a tortured 30+ year supporter. So on the off chance that you my happen to stumble across this site while looking for answers to another misserable Tigers effort here is an open letter for you to view.

We are crap, we are unaccountable, we give up, we make the easy look incredibly hard, we have too many passengers.

Time for a few heads to be lopped and same home truths to be delivered about some players on our list that seem to think they are better than they really are.

Terry, you arrogant fool, you have 7 weeks to work out who the hell deserves to wear the Richmond jumper and piss off everyone else who doesn't. Fundamental mistakes by players that are supposed to be AFL level footballers are just not good enough no matter how little they have played at this level. You piss fart around with kids that obviously have talent and give them a week or 2 at this level and then piss them off back to Coburg while keeping the same bloody hacks in the side every week.

How about you start demanding that a few of your older players start playing some accountable footy. Great to see JB have 30+ again today, even better to see his opponent kick 4 before half time perhaps you might have a quiet word in his ear that games of footy are not won when your opponents out score you.

We recruited Polak to sure up our defence, any chance of him actually getting to play on an opponent in the near future or is the plan to turn him into a younger version of JB.

You say that you will reward players who deserve to wear the Richmond jumper well after today's piss poor effort I suggest you let Tambling, Simmonds, Hartigan and possibly a couple of others know when and where the Coburg side is playing next week because IMO they don't deserve to wear the Tigers jumper at present. This is by far our worst performance of the year including the Cats game because in that game we were never in with a chance. Here we had a chance but it seemed it only lasted the usual 1 quarter before we reverted back into typical Richmond crap.

You can come on the radio, write your articles do TV shows and say that we are not tanking just to appease some of the fools but God help you if we are not.

Unless we are tanking there is no excuse for today. Losing with players with experience is worse than losing with kids. FFS we want a coach, not someone who can get us a good deal on a second hand datsun.

I don't' care if we get smashed every single game for the next 2 years aslong as they're improving.

Chopping, changing and leaving in old players with no potential does nothing in the long term.

Your right RT we were pathetic today. I think it says it all that we came off the ground at half time and were from memory 9 points down yet not one head in the entire group was up no one was trying to pump up. They lack leadership and passion, there isn't one bloke out there who I think would bleed for the jumper.

Some of the efforts were just pathetic (Howat running back with the ball shitting his pants on the HFF city end of the ground) and none of the players are actually willing to hurt, they don't lay sheapperds or do the 1% and aren't willing to run hard to position leading us to kick sideways and backwards.

Oh and one last thing can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put money in for a god damned skills coach and a recruiter it actually makes me cry with frustration.

I totally understand how you are thinking. I can vividly remember seeing Terry Wallace getting his photo ( once again) in the herald sun, just after drafting 5 players in the top 20 in the Buddy Franklin draft back in 2004. Terry standing there with all 5, with a big smug look boldly saying this is our future!! Fair enough, Deledio was injured today, but really, he has struggled this year. So where are those other 4 at??? Tambling 4 possies, is that acceptable for a number 4 draft pick?????? Danny Meyer, where is he?? Pattison, is he a better ruck than Cameron Wood? he went to Brissie a couple of picks later and I think Polo is injured!! So how is the future of 2004 going???? The Hawks went Roughie at 2, Buddy at 5, and Lewis at 7, and how did they go today???

Terry stop blaming Frawley, and take responsability for your choices!! Remember you Boldly said that you chose the Tiges over the hawks, because they had a better list and were 2yrs further advanced! So you must ask yourself, why did your team get beat by a team today, that 3yrs ago, had a worst list?

We have recruited poorly and we are being coached pathetically. Tambling is absolutely useless. Howat is a dud, Kingsley a joke, JON no good, Meyer a flop, Hartigan rubbish.

We got rid of a player with true heart in AK, and then sacked Gaspar.

Some of our senior players are shocking. Richo and Bowden were atrocious.

Our skill errors are terrible.

It's about time the full blowtorch was aimed squarely at Wallace so much so that he won't need to use a solarium anymore to get a ****ing tan.

Is there any chance that we dont play a loose man in defence in a game? It hasnt worked so far and hasnt stopped us loosing.

Also is it possible for when bringing the ball oput of defence to not handball all the time??? Switching the ball from side to side simply doesnt work, if there is noone to kick to dont kick it there as our players dont run create an option.

Bowden is not a KPP so he shouldnt have to take the opposition tall forwards nor should raines. An Idea might be to look at the other teams forward line on thursday night and then bring in the players that have the height to match them as raines and bowden simply cannot compete with them.

Well true that, but at the same time, if he doesent get us anywhere near the top, i will be sooooooooo pissed off. He has made some big calls, and if you are gunna make big calls like he has done, he better end up being a hero.

If you are serious about your position at the club forget the articles, forget the media and please work towards fixing this rabble as this is the worst year I've experienced ever as Tiger supporter. I am sick of being the joke of all footy gags, I am sick of watching the under 10, rubbish football week in week out.

Greg Tivendale, Richard Tambling, Danny Meyer, Jarrod Oakley Nicholls, Kane Johnson, Andrew Krakeour, Cameron Howat and Kent Kingsley are some of the names you better be having serious thoughts about.

I am tired of catching the train home with a losing feeling. It's been the same sh1t for 15 odd years of going to the footy.

Don't get this wrong this is not calling for Terry to be ousted, just for him to instill some discipline amongst the playing group so that they will take some responsibility for their actions. It has to start from the top and work through the whole list, from the Captain right down to Clingan every one of them needs to be told the truth and that is their careers are on the line in the next 7 weeks. If it means that some highly fancied player gets the arse then so be it because some of them are believing their own hype.

Doubt it. Terrys coaching career is in the balance at the moment, if he doesent do much by the end of next year he will be sacked. Kreuzer wont be ready for 3 years, so unless Terry doesent care about a paycheck, i cant see him trying to be "cleaver" and get Kreuzer
