I was just Wondering is there a Point to DeFrag or a Error-Checking is worth doing on a USB External Hard-Drive.

Just want to know if it’s worth doing or not?

Defrag is rather redundant now with newer file systems, the occasional error check is fine but only really necessary if you have a problem.
