Hi
Just a quick question cause last time I had one this board really helped me out -
I fractured my ankle (fibula?) probably 5? years ago whilst playing sport and partially because I couldn't be bothered and partially because it never worked for my knee I didn't go to physio or do any strengthening exercises.
Now when I do exercise of any kind I wear an ankle brace support so I haven't had any problems with it feeling dodgy... the only thing is - it's not glaringly noticeable but the ankle I broke is slightly wider and more swollen than my other ankle all of the time. It's not the end of the world or anything and I can live with it but it's just a bit annoying & I think it's a problem that can be rectified with the right rehab.
So anyone with any previous experiences etc please let me know how to minimise the swelling/if this is normal or if physio is my only choice.
