Can anyone please tell me the date when delistings for each of the teams have to be completed?

Does anyone know when the delistings for Adelaide, will occur?

I think they will do them a couple of day befor the deadline which I think is on the 31st of october.

The club. He will be given until december to prove his fitness. If he fails he will be delisted and we will have an extra pick in the pre-season draft

This is what i think will happen

Carey (retired)
Burns (retired)
Smart (retired)
Stenglein (traded)
Gallagher (delisted)

Other duds will survive

Bode,Bock,Ladhams would all have to come under consideration.

I am a Norwood fan but i don't even think Gallagher is up to AFL Standard he's gotta go.

As for the others :-

Bode - No. If he stays injury free & given an oppurtunity is a quality player. He is super fit which Craigy loves so he'll be alright.

Bock - Should Be but won't. AFC rate him highly so he won't be delisted. I think he's a dud but i hope he proves me wrong.

Ladhams - Should Be but won't. Apart from being an absolute to$$er he has one year left on his contract & won't be let go. I know Craigy is not a fan of him.

Others who should be considered are Skippy for the same reason as Gallagher too small & not up to AFL standard. Also Massie we have a lot of half back flankers & given our team this year he still couldn't crack a regular game.

Because Gags has already been told that he won't be here next year. We put him up for trade but no one wanted him. He will be delisted and I think he will be the only one.

In all honesty I wouldn't be surprised if Essendon picked him up with a late pick as they need some pace in the midfield.

6 rookies i believe.. but it also depends on how many veterans you have i think

you can have as many picks as you need to top up your list i believe but normally only one or two are used!

Your total number of players including rookies should be 44. The mimimum you have on the senior list is 38, then you can have as many as 6 rookies. If as expected we have 2 vetrans then we would have a senior list of 40 and then we can only have 4 rookies one of wwhich is Rowan Andrews.

Any club must have a minimum of 3 picks in the National Draft. You are not obliged to have any picks in the pre-season draft but Adelaide has a history of leaving at least 1 pick for the pre-season draft.

jUst to let everyone jnow we will need to delist more than just gallagher.
In fact we will need to delist 3 in total.

Rationale:
Current list size 37 - has to be 38 in 2005

Retirements: Carey, Burns, Smart,
Delisting: Gallagher

Thats a modified list of 33. Add to that Smith and the list size is revised to 34.

Our draft picks and PS picks (which I believe we will fully utilize) are:
8, 24, 28, 40, 56 and PS #5 - Total of 6 with only 4 vacancies currently on the list to bring up to 38.

This means we will need to delist a total of 3 to use all our picks.

Who then: Gallagher, Shirley, and Skippy/Schuback.

Schuback you say???? but give me 3 that are not under contract ?
Personally I think Skippy should be the 3rd but I'm not sure it will happen
