Any love for this movie from back in 1993?

I reckon it is one of the most underrated comedies of all time.

Everytime it's on TV no matter what part it's at i can manage to just sit down and watch it and enjoy it like it was the first time i saw it.

Awesome entertainment

P.S Anyone figured out that Three Sea Shells thing?

One of those movies where everyone plays there role to perfection.

Stallone
- Plays himself basically. He litters all his work with some great comedy and gives a real 'every man' feel to his characters. He can kill anyone, doesn't care about getting fined credits and can knit a throw rug with his eyes closed. Likes doing the 'Hunka Chunka'

Snipes - Steals the movie for mine. He just turns everything up to 11. So many great moments. 'Where are all the phaser guns?' 'Illuminate!' 'Jeffery Dahlmer?!? I love that guy!'

Bullock - Looked stunning through the whole film. Plays the crushing high school girl to perfection. She so wants to impress the teacher :p Likes it when Stallone 'Licks ass'

Leary - I don't think he knew this was a fictional film. Really lets loose with his personal views but it's what his part was made for.

I really love this movie. It is seriously some of the most fun you can have in 90 mins.

Here's one view on how the Three Sea Shells work.

I love it how the movie was set in 1996, meaning that the makers thought that the technology for cryo-freezing criminals would be commonplace a mere 3 years from when the movie was made. Fairly optimistic.

don't forget we are only 5 years from flying cars and hoverboards.

Hehe, yeah, I was going to mention that too and say that at least BTTF 2 had the sense to set its events 26 years in the future so it would be a while before everyone could say "that's rubbish!!"

To be fair, Demolition Man needed some sort of device to get a modern (circa 1993) crook and cop into the future. I guess this was quickest and easiest way to do so. Either way, it didn't waste time getting to where the action was.

Agree with this, his performance was great. I like this particular line:
'You can't take away a guy right to be an arseh*le'.

Awesome 'shit' movie.

"What's your boggle?"

"My boggle?"

*gets kicked through window*

also just before that Snipes tries to break the glass with a punch, hurts his hand, winces in pain and expclaims "motherfu**ker", and in the back ground you hear the machine say...

"simon phonix, you have been fined x credits for breaking the ...."

"You are an incredibly sensitive man, who inspires joy-joy feelings in all those around you"

"You finally matched his meet, you really licked his ass" :D

This is currently on Starpics 1 and coming up on Starpics 2 for anyone who's keen :D. Following on from that, the action continues with another Stallone classic, Cobra.

My favourite part of the movie is that Arnold Swarznegger is the preisdent.

Pretty good guess on his ambitions
