DGTEC Set Top Box not finding channels

I just purchased this today, connected it all correctly but when I do the initial scan for channels I come up with bupkis.

I have one and mine works fine. The aerial cord's in the right plug?

Got it sorted, turned the power off and on a couple of times and it started scanning after about the 4th try. I have no idea why, but it's fixed lol.

we were forced to buy one of these units with our new HD 1080p CRT TV
