Will Didak continue with his form? I can get any forward this week for Zeibell (Already have Reiwoldt, Pav, S. Johnson, Franklin, Fevola, Higgins) and i'm thinking either O'Keefe or save 100k and go for Didak.

He's looked good since coming back from injury but i'm worried he may now get a strong tag, i'm not expecting consistent 130+ games but if i go for him i'd be hoping for atleast a 100+ average from now on...

he will definitely cop more attention from the opposition, but is good enough to get lots of ball and kick goals anyway. ROK is in a rare vein of form, but even I'd go Didak + cash and I hate the ugly little prick.

times two there.
ROK is one of my favourite players, and have had him for the start. I knew he would come good at some stage. He is in a rich vein of form that's for sure, but Didak is a clever player, who uses the ball very well. As much as I hate to say this, go Dids and the cash over ROK.

Didak or Steve Johnson or Pavlich?

Come to realise i'm most likely going to need to do something with nathan brown if he isn't picked and with my forwards as follows, these three seem my best option. A lot of my rivals have Pav so i may look to go a little unique to try make up some ground..

Riewoldt, Chapman, Deledio, J. Brown, N. Brown, Higgins, Krak (Walker, M.Brown)

didak has taken points off neon leon as expected. once medhurst squeezes back in aswell didaks numbers should return to normal. but in the short term while he spends some time in the middle with pendles injury then you think he should keep on the up for the minute.
im not conviced about stevie j. once i get rid of skipworth over the next few weeks, im take a close look at stevie j, reiwoldt, boomer. i think in the end ill go with the player most of my opponents dont have

SCOTT LUCAS (no bias)

The problem with these sarcastic Lucas advice is that I'm thinking of brining him in...LOL...seriously..

Cornes --> Hodge
Walker --> Lucas

I'm all over the joint...lol...or maybe Cox.....okay Impromptu relax

Keep the Chadwick. You will regret it when he comes back and starts averaging 100. :D:thumbsu:

He could still be another 4-5 weeks away. Will then take a week or two to find form, so season will basically be over by then.

Doubt he will be 4-5 weeks away still. I'd say another 3 weeks tops. :thumbsu:

PORT ADELAIDE
Travis Boak (knee) – 4 weeks
Shaun Burgoyne (knee) – assess
Chad Cornes (knee) – 4 weeks
Daniel Motlop (ankle) – 7 weeks
Matt Thomas (knee) – 1 week

I'm still holding onto him, can't read much into injury reports.

3-4 weeks and he will be back. I have held onto him for this long, may as well wait it out as he is a proven gun.

Grima is doing a superstar job as his fill in replacement anyways and I have Rance on the bench too. :thumbsu:

Well, you might be needing Rance too if Gilbee happens to reinjure his ankle at training today.

Can anyone remember what Cornes did when he came back from injury around this time last year? Lots of 100+ games there ...

Got rid of Cornes a couple of weeks ago and glad I did.

Sorry mate, I was being a bit sarcastic, in particular referring to the 91 and 65 he scored before going down for the rest of the season.

TBH I can see it happening again, particularly as the wheels seem to be falling off at Port.

i am hoping that cornes comes back to form and scores some hundreds. at the minute my backline in a shambles

So back on topic, enough of the chadwick.

Alan bloody Didak. As expected Brown wasn't named for the tigers and is most likely done and dusted at least according to every tigers supporter and early indications for youth and nothing else from Jade.

Left with 528k to replace him and already have the following forwards, (J.Brown, Deledio, Rooey, Chapman, Krakouer, Higgins)

Theres just so many risks and question marks in picking Didak but for after his last fortnight he's hard to ignore. Although just three weeks ago against port he had 19 disposals, 6 marks and 3 goals yet could only manage 80 odd points. With recent injuries he's moved into the middle a hell of a lot more and has reaped rewards but the question remains, can he keep it up? Will he be moved deep back into the forwardline and suffer much lower scores? Or has Mick realised his true worth as a damaging midfielder with his brilliant disposal?

Could be such a make or break pickup, there's just so much upside yet at the same time it's so risky. Only other options are the Pavlich's and SJ's that are in every second side....

Anyone care to offer some more thoughts and predictions on what dids could produce in the second half of the year?
