5- Adams: I specifically liked his mark/50m head whack. Brave to take it knowing some campaigner is en route to cuff you.
4- Cox: we all know what he did
3- Greenwood: the shutdown tagger role is his and he plays it very well.
2- Cameron: for some critical marks and winning the most important tap of the season.
1- Stephenson: competed best I've seen all year, and had a critical spoil no one will ever remember which I think saved a certain goal in the 4th.

Stiff to miss: Daicos, Checkers, De Goey, everyone else (in a 1 point finals win, no one is a passenger)

5. Adams
4. Treloar
3. Daicos
2. Checkers
1. Greenwood

Apologies Crispy, Moore, Pendles and Cox

Results:

5: Adams (140 votes)
4: Treloar (98)
3: Mihocek (70)
2: Daicos (65)
1: Greenwood (52)

The rest:

Cox 38
Crisp 5
Cameron 4
Noble 3
Pendles, Elliott, Grundy, Moore, Stephenson 1

Cox can consider himself very unlucky to miss out on a vote, but we obviously had too many good performances to be able to fit them all in. Greenwood is the 20th player this season to get a vote.

LEADERBOARD:

Taylor Adams has now sealed at least a joint victory in the 2020 Didaka Award!

He cannot be overtaken, but could conceivably be equalled by Pendles if we go all the way to the Grand Final. After an even start with 10 different players getting BOG in the first 11 games, Adams has won 5 BOGs in the last 8 games to blast clear of any challengers. A well deserving winner.

Pendles and Maynard look good for the other spots on the podium. Daicos has moved up to 5th place with his 5th votes in a row.
