the worst part is that if there was a risk in him getting 2 games, one has to wonder if they would have challenged?

Seems amazing that it was clearly not reportable, and he could have ended up sitting out a week to avoid 2 - such is the chook lotto.

He has to be more careful, 5 visits means he has drawn the crabs, no need for that, especially if he is getting goals, give em a verbal and kick another one! Wasn't reportable though.

In the Herald Sun today they claimed that if a challenge failed it wouldn't increase his points enough to get him a second week so there was nothing to lose.

That was my point. If there was a risk that failing would give him 2, would we still have challenged?

If not, he would have sat the week out when in the end it took 5 minutes to throw the case out.

The Match Review Panel is a joke as it doesn't allow players to defend themselves, then makes the tribunal a very risky prospect by upping the charge if you feel you have been dudded.

Everything that involves suspension should just go straight to the tribunal - give the players a chance.
