I need some help guys.

I went out to the pub on Wednesday night, and met a really nice guy, we chatted for ages, and really got on well. He offered to drive me home, (he hadn't been drinking), and so he drove me home. We got to my place, he walked me to my door, and asked for my number, which I gave to him. And then I got his. He said that he would call me, and then walked off.

The next day I was really sick, (bloody alcohol) and had my phone off all day, turned it on at night, and it said that I had three messages. But the really really bad thing is that I have no credit on my phone to check whether it was him or not.

He knows where I work Friday and Saturday nights, so he can make the effort to see me if he wants, and then there is always next Wednesday at the pub.

But what I am asking is whether I should send him an SMS in the meantime. I am pretty shy when it comes to guys, and usually wait for them to call me first! But he might of called, and I don't want him to think that I am not interested

Ahhhhhh what do I do?

You should call me, John has been waiting for you to call and thinks you may not like him no more

Please call, if not ask for advice from Seindude as I hear he is da king of the young girls

Greetings
Your new friend

If your mobile phone is vodaphone - dial your own number from your home phone- when your messagebank first picks up hit the the number '9' then enter your pin - it will let you listen to your messagebank even if you have no credit.

Definitely SMS the bloke and tell him what happened, if he's really keen he wont mind in the slightest. He probably thinks you're not interested.. I've had that a couple of times, tried ringing and didn't hear back from the girl until a few days later (in the meantime thinking she wasn't interested) to find out there was some reason why.

Good luck :)

Unfortuantely I am with Virgin (I know don't say anything!) and they won't let you check your messages unless you have credit

Oh well, the message is sent through ICQ, so here I go

He won't be on BigFooty, hes not fully into Footy (but that will change :D )

you can send him a msg if you want.

or you can let him chase you, then you know he really likes you.

You chase girls in this day and age? Good luck with the stalking charges. If they don't respond after a couple of tries then walk away.

this is better than Days of Our Lives!! (tongue in cheek here!!)

There is a website called smspup.com.au where you can register and send free sms messages from the net. explain you haven't been able to retrieve your messages (no need to explain no credit) say you hope that one was from him as you really enjoyed spending time with him the other night and give him your e mail address or ask him to call again.

Nothing ventured nothing gained, seriously what's the worst that can happen!

oh and p.s. keep us posted!!! Good Luck ;)

Sent him a message throught the net, on Friday. Also sent my friend one at the same time, so I don't know if he received it or not.

So I FINALLY got credit on my phone this afternoon, and because this beautiful weather has put me in such a good mood, I decided to send him one from my own phone, saying that I had credit, and that maybe we could catch up at the pub tomorrow night (where it all started)

Its been a while since I have been in this dating game, so its all very weird to me!

Just an update
