Anyone here caught the Dirt Rally bug?
It's Steam Early Access and I can't recommend it enough. It's mighty hard though.
While it is a Codemasters game this one is bucking their recent trend of releasing sub-par titles (F1 grrr).

Not arcadey, it's a sim. Best I've played (Rally Sim that is)
 
I played it when it first game out a couple of months ago with my g27. Was great fun but bloody difficult

Pretty excited for the PS4 release of this. Have been smashing WRC5 (which I think is good but a lot of hate against it for reasons) in anticipation of this, I believe Dirt Rally will have that extra polish and more of a sim feel.

Keep an eye on Ozbargain, the G29 seems to be on special at various places semi-regularly

EDIT: Although quite often it was at Dick Smith :P

I get vouchers from work (currently got $275 worth) for either Westfield or JB so I'm hoping to pick one up from there soon. JB seem to be selling them for $500 which seems on the more ridiculous side.

Yeah, don't pay that. Unfortunately most of the specials (that aren't dick smith) are usually online stores, so I don't know how you'd go getting JB or anyone to match that. If you could get a store down to $399, that would probably be worth doing if you have to use your vouchers. The online specials are sometimes down to ~$300. I jagged my neighbour one at $280 when Dick Smith had some ridiculous ebay sale. It was a 30% off sale, however the online store had already reduced the price to $399 instead of $499. So it was a ****ing bargain :D

Oh that's wicked. I don't really have to use the vouchers but it just makes more sense to use them towards it than paying it all out of my own pocket.

My mate's missus actually works at Logitech so he's going to see if she can get me a better deal haha.

I have seen one in the shop.

This DS sale was meant to get better each Thursday though as they want to make as much money as possible so they are slowly upping the sale, there was no price change yesterday so I will hold of to next Thursday to see what happens.

Was the T300 a good price though? When I was looking, JB and EB had them on their webpages for $799!! Hence I went the online option.

EDIT: Just saw that DS have the T300 for $559, that's a good deal!
