Drunken plasterer fined for Christmas Day blue, urinating in police cell
A DRUNKEN plasterer who smeared cat faeces on his father’s face during a family fight has been fined $1500 after another blue on Christmas Day.
Andrew Vynkour, 33 of Mulgrave, collected cat faeces from a garden and then rubbed them in the face of his father after the pair got in an argument in June last year.
“You’ve got sh$& on your face,” the man said to his father after the vile attack.
Vynkour has a history of alcohol-fuelled arguments with members of his family.
On Christmas Day, Vynkour was again arrested after he got drunk and abusive during a celebration, smashing a glass plate worth $1.
He was taken in to custody and later urinated all over an Oakleigh police cell causing $500 damage.
Vynkour pleaded guilty to destruction of property, assault and damaging police property and promised to stay away from family members.
He was convicted and fined $1500 by Magistrate Ross Betts.
