I was so close to smashing my new big screen tv at different points during the game.

i agree the umps were appauling.
a few decision i simply couldnt believe. that judd one would have been one of the harshest decision this year, and yet he was 20m out from the oppositions goal. pathetic.
when that ump signalled josh woodens 'deliberate' out of bounds i threw a glass at the tv, screaming. thank god he changed his mind.
especially early i thought thompson got some really soft frees aswell. he ended up with 7, he continually dived and ducked his head and the umps were falling for it. meanwhile the commentators were creaming themselves about how well he was playing.
even that glass 50m one looked a tah harsh compared to afew of hawthorns in last half esp osbourne little fake pickup and throw back. glassy didnt hold the game up, infact he was probly disadvantaging us by argueing.

At least the Eagles second tallest player wasn't sent off for swearing at a goal umpire, like Simon Duckworth was yesterday for West Perth.

Despite the short-sightedness of this person whos ignorance is a continual a blight on our club's supporter group, it was clearly evident that the umpires had a Barry Crocker yesterday, and that West Coast were on the rough end of the umpiring pineapple
Well that's fair enough. I'm still angry about that goal paid to Greg "scum of the universe" Williams back in '96 or that piece of **** holding the ball against McIntosh that won the Saints a game at Subi back in '98.

I thought they were absolutely woeful but then I thought maybe I was been bias but its good to see that everyone else saw the exact same shocking display from the umpires.
