Do the top prospects avoid the draft combine?

Noticed that quite a few of the top draft prospects did not test at the combine… was this deliberate and advised to them by their agents?? Or are they actually injured?

I wouldn’t be surprised if some do it strategically. It could do more harm than good for the really top prospects. That being said I’m not sure draft combine results are read too far into by list managers.
