does anybody know what happened to David Hayes boom colt I Got Chills??

it burst onto the scene last spring and looked to be future star, then was Golden Slipper fav. i had a bet on it before it was scratched

it then got injured but nothing has been reported since, anyone know??

I know two things:

1. She's a filly.

2. Serves you right for backing a ridiculously short horse a long time before a Slipper of all things - especially if you did it after you knew they were going to try her first up in it!

3. I reckon she'll struggle to win another race.

I see little flying filly Follow the Till has been retired to stud after a poor spring. That's a pity, I enjoyed her wins as a 2 year old old.

Let's hope that Haradasun and I Got Chills come back bigger and better in the Autumn. I'm afraid that Miss Finland might follow the Alinghi route and get sold off to the Septics. They love their fillies and mares races over in Yanquiland.

We need more star quality horses.

I Got Chills is on the road to recovery and will resume over the summer/autumn months, but it's hard to see it having the explosiveness it did back a year ago.
