What are peoples thoughts about Border Collie's? (Sorry if it's been asked, can't be bothered reading back).

Hoping to get a Border Collie in the next few months.
make sure you have lots of room, or don't get one, cruel to the dog otherwise, and I mean a lot of room, and if you do, a grouse dog

I'm getting a new puppy:)
So far i cant decide between a Bull Arab, Rottwieler or a Mastiff.
Get a Bull Arab, I have one, and you won't be disappointed, awsome breed

Ah , he's a little beauty , well done .
As I've said , I was never a little dog person but our little fella is a cracker and a great addition to the family .

Thanks for that Jimmy.
He is a "little beauty" and I'm absolutely stoked with my choice.
Has already settled in beautifully and has added so much life to the home already.
Couldn't be happier with the little fella.:)

Fantastic dogs.. Love lots of exercise and attention. Ours just loves jumping up for attention and demands it from anyone that comes over.

They are very loyal and I would recommend one if you have the time to spend with one. We also have a malteze ****zu. Spoilt brat but very protective and great company.

I've got a Siberian Husky, not too big, very affectionate, love new ppl, most strangers, not a guard dog, pretty quiet, playful, lots of personality, independent, so you can leave them all day.

Negative points are that you can't let them off the lead for long, they have a mind of their own and don't care what your doing most times. The early stages can be hard as they try to dominate.

ppl have said they feel the heat cause they are from a cold climate but mine lays in the sun for hours.

Also if your trying to pick up not much beats a snowdog.
