If we play them in a final this year our preparation would still have to be drastically different, they would be incredibly unlikely to kick that poorly again. Wouldn’t want to try running that game back and hoping for another win.

The reality is Bont, Freijah and Kennedy are a bit banged up and we’ll need them fresher if we play Hawthorn again.

A fully fit Libba would be a nice to have as well.

We need to beat them in the middle to be a chance next time but something tells me the monkey is off the back.
