It took me 10 minutes to figure out if we put it forward or put it back. Its so simply yet it gets me every time.

Don't forget to change your smoke alarm batteries too.

The "spring forward, fall back" saying is a pnemonic device that works for me every time.

And it works on either hemisphere, too. :D

I woke up at 6:30 this morning which is great except I hate how it gets dark early. Not enough time to kick the footy when its the middle of DLS!!!

Woke up at 7:00am this morning. The funny thing is that we don't have to worry about changing the time on the computer because it does it automaticly.

Woke up at 6:30 this morning, without the benefit of an alarm clock. And we went to sleep at 2 a.m.

But I had other motivations... In addition to the footy today (Go Cats!!), there's live NCAA basketball tournament action on ESPN, and the USA v Venezuela soccer friendly I'm following simultaneously on ussoccer.com's matchtracker.

I'll justify it all later by bringing Jen her brekky in bed. :)

Geez that's early. Oh well you will feel it later on

No kidding, Suz. Not until after the footy, hopefully. :)

But my body clock adjusts pretty quickly to the effects of DST, or any time-changes, actually. It's old hat for me.

Let's hope that you don't fall asleep during the footy. You might have to grab the jellybeans.

No chance of that happening, Suz. Been excited for this game for quite a while. I'll be OK.

It's the start of the season-- for any footy fan, this weekend is like being a kid on Christmas Eve. And for a sports junkie, this particular hour is simply fantastic. :D

How about the others? How well do you adjust to the effects of Daylight Savings Time? Any advice or hints?
