Steve Johnson f*cks up a couple of times, and is drilled, and dropped.

Josh Hunt f*cks up all the time, and is given chance after chance.

This is not a knee-jerk reaction to the Moloney thing, but if Hunt isn't playing twos next week, Bomber needs to open his eyes.

3rd quarter, when geelong are 20 points up, he kicks a point and some say it's the turning point of the game.

Reminds me a little of the time Nathan Brown, playing for the Dogs, showed the Geelong players the ball that time at Optus Oval, thinking they had the game won. Meanwhile we had other ideas :cool:

You should never show that kind of arrogance to an opponent unless you're 200% sure you can back it UP!!!!!!
 
You have to rememeber Mark Thompson can't just dump a player if they play crap footy. He has to look at our options of people to replace the player thats playing crap. So in Josh's case, who is the better player who can replace him?

We have good players to cover SJs position on the field so thats why he got dropped.

Steve Johnson gets dropped because his attitude stinks as well as his form. He refuses to do any dirty work and prefers to get the best results he can from the minimal amount of work possible. Josh Hunt has been crap too but it isn't through any lack of hard work or 'taking the easy way out' like Johnno.
 
I think he will too as Bomber has no problem with telling the players what he thinks particularly when someone does something wrong.

Would you really want to play for someone who just yelled at you? I wouldn't..

This is the problem. If someone isn't performing, they need to be dropped to send a message to the entire group that it won't be tolerated. Half the senior team at Geelong know they won't be dropped. Guys like Kelly do feck all week after week and still retain their spots. I'd love to know why they deserve a game when kids like Stokes bust their guts in the 2nds. They should be rewarded. These rampant egos in the senior team need to be made aware that you don't get senior games just because you've been around a while. It's not a blue and white hooped birthright.
