Draft released (no priority pick for GC)

The official draft has been released and there is no end of first round priority pick for us, WHY??????? , I understand that with GWS coming in we cant have a the first pick in the draft. Previous wooden spooners such as Carlton and Melb have picked up massive bonuses through draft priority picks yet for some reason this year we dont even get an end of first rounder.
