Do you honestly think the coaches say to the kids, righto.... we're tanking so go out there and perform at 80%, maybe kick it to them a little bit so we ensure we lose. Kids go out there and try their hardest, if they win it just means they're coming along nicely but it doesn't mean you're not tanking.

Missed the point Barnzy. Its not whether we win or lose, I'm talking about Rawlings sending them out there with a game plan that is designed to get a win and doing whatever they can to achieve the win.

If that means we get a pick around 6-10 instead of 3-6 because we've played kids and won games then so be it. As you said it means that they are coming along nicely, wouldn't you rather know that the kids are coming along nicely than hoping that enough top 5 picks will eventually see us climb up the ladder.

agree with this, atleast if we win while playing kids it shows that we have something to look forward to, but if we lose we have nothing to look forward to except a pick that we might stuff up, but hopefully won't.

No, but the coach will specifically change around the gameplan, and the positions, to ensure a loss.
