I think drinks breaks were created so that the players could, you know, have a drink..........have a rest.........have a break.
Hence the name DRINK BREAK.

Those paintings etc are tres ordinaire...only to be purchased by someone with money to burn and a total lack of style, however, I would possibly purchase one if it was of something interesting, like Mike Gatting getting his face splattered by Holding, Phil Tufnell trashing a hotel room in Perth, Michael Slater going nuts in India, Ranatunga walking off in Adelaide etc....and why didnt Lillee's have the aluminium bat and Miandad incidents on it????

There was a painting during the 1st and 2nd test 'backyard cricket' which looked a bit like stick figures! 500 done or something like that.
One day Tony Greig said 'Sorry, stop calling, there all sold out"

Geez!

I also think that people don't realise that they are about the size of postage stamps too. Must be some disappointed people out there when these are delivered.

London Dave, what about a painting of Ponting getting his arse kicked after trying to pick up a transvestite in Sydney. Great painitng?

Reminds me of the episode of The Simpsons when Bart bought a cell from the Itchy & Scrathy Show & all he got was one of their arms :D :D

Ranatunga walking off in Adelaide

I think you're on to something. I'd pay good money for that!!!! :D Actually someone could make a collage of stills from that whole match, starting with Ranatunga's hissy fit and walk off, Alec Stewart's stump mike banter :D, all the bumping and aggro that went on..........beautiful. :D

Actually that is one of the most eventful games I have ever attended, although being an England cricket team groupie (yes we do exist!!!!! :p) it was a VERY frustrating afternoon. But memorable.
