Goo is so hard to go past. He ALWAYS lays heavy bumps and really takes the sting out of his opponents (Ask Chappy). Opposition forwards would be looking around for Goo in the same way opposition backs are always looking for Cyril, just for different reasons. Goo is mean and will hurt you within the bounds of the rules (mostly).
He is also clean with the ball and rarely fumbles, something Doc is getting better at but the fumbles will most likely come back a bit under finals pressure.
Doc smashes Goo for his defence in the air and athleticism. Kid has real hops on him. I don't see why they both won't be a part of finals. They were both playing when Birch was in the team earlier in the year and I think this will continue.
I don't think Doc has passed Goo, especially for this time of year. Goo is built for finals footy.
