Did anyone else have a heap of trouble getting Wet toast v blues tickets this morning.

The hotline was engaged for 2 hours then when I finally got through and was put on hold for 40 mins. Finally got 2 tickets for me and my old man.

You should consider yourself lucky mate. I've already booked flights to Perth, and am not guaranteed to get a ticket. Hopefully we'll have some success when they go on sale in April.

If you are a WA based member then tickets went on sale via the Membership department at 9am this morning.

The allocation from Subiaco Oval is terrible, the sooner they build a new stadium over here the better.

The president of the WA hawthron supporters group was on radio yesterday saying that under a half got tickets to the dockers game this weekend.

I'm flying over and like most was unlucky in getting a ticket this morning.

There's the 3,000 general admin tickets on sale in April, but I can't wait that long so I've bought a corporate ticket for $300.

A friend of mine who lives in Perth did the same thing.... if worse comes to worst then might have to bite the bullet and do the same thing.

Got my tickets this morning (in perth). Took 2 hrs. When I first started ringing it would ring then it would get a voice saying that the number i have dialed is currently unavaiible. So after about 20min I rang the club number. The lasy said that there had been storms and the system was down because of a storm but had just gone back up. So kept ringing. Would get engaged or the phone would ring and go through to an answering machine or it would ring 6 times then it would hang up. Then at about 8pm I got through (put on hold 20min). Got to the guy and he asked for my membership number. Then he couldnt hear me but i could hear him. So then ofcourse i get the engaged singal (not there fault). So then it was back to the redial button. 20min later (840) I got through. This time got ticket (910). Bloody hell what a morning. I am glad that I took a sickie this morning!!!!

Moral of the story. Call Qantas fly to melbourne and go to games there. Alot less painfull!!!

I'm feeling less and less confident by the day that I am going to be able to get a ticket to this game. Still, 3 days in Perth will be great, even if I have to watch the game in a pub.

Sorry everyone. This week I had lots of phone calls to Jeremy who was in charge in Melb.
The WABlues knew that the system they had in place was going to be a nightmare and the way they made them WA members only was although understandable, unfair.
I will touch base tomorrow with the club and if I can do anymore to release some tickets will let you know. If there are people who are can you pm me with your details ie WA or Vic and number of members you have. If you are not a member as explained before forget it
I know blugal wants 3 to 5 but let me know but cannot promise anything to anyone

i have 2 memberships - one for me and one for my daughter but i was a bit dissapointed that after nearly 3 hours trying to get through i could only get 1 ticket - i was hoping to get a ticket for the wife so all 3 of us could go as a family

i will be damned if i am taking my 15 month old daughter by myself

might see some of you there if you are lucky enough to get a ticket
