Has anyone seen this game?

Blue'n'Gold and I got this game of Grokster and I have really enjoyed it. It is similar to Age of Empires II, but it starts back in the prehistoric days and moves down the line into the 22nd Century.

Some of the weapons used in the future along with the cyber robots and weaponary are cool. It was funny to be in the Digital age and being attacked by the computer in WW2 era.......he was blown to bits.

If there is anyone else here who loves this game and has any info or web sites they can direct us to would be appreciated...

Just got the game of a friend and the patch of the net so i can play without cd, and am REALLY liking it, am a bit aoe2 fan so this is GREAT to me, even better imo

Am still learning the ropes, am in the age after the renaissance i think.Just got hit pretty bad, but i had a big army so i killed em, am re-building now, and am building a second wall with TONNES of archers in between to take out attackers.

One question, i am stuck on 485 people possible, how do i get more? i have built the colloseum, what next?

Thats possibly it. The max pop. is the population of all the players on the map. Therefore, if you are playing random map, then play against less opponents....

i set it to allowing 1200 people each though?

If you set it to 1200 as Blue 'n' Gold and myself did when we linked up against the computer, we found out it divided that number by 3 and gave us a max pop of 400 each.

This is truely an awesome game... I would totally recommend it for any AOE II fan! IMO its a little more complicated than AOE especially when you take into account the prophets and the way you advance your settlements etc, but once you get the hang of it.... its totally addictive!!!

Lets face it, and game that has me up till 5.30am has to be good !!! Of course I was only there trying to prise GB away from the keyboard

You haven't played anything until you've played Europa Universalis II. It is the most addictive game ever. No strategy(or any game for that matter) comes close.

I am always looking out for new games ty! Europa Universalis II is now at the top of my "wish list"

You've got to like historical strategy games to like europa though. Its complicated at first but it gets highly addictive once you get the hang of it.
