Funny to read some of the judgements in this thread now with the benefit of hindsight. A healthy and in form Eric Gordon makes the Pels a much more difficult prospect, and James can score despite being a turnstile often on D, but Steph has clearly got them covered at the moment.

Happy with my work ITT. Was all correct at the time anyway. Curry's following the insane Nash trajectory of late improvement. Also Harden's game has gone from an aesthetic masterpiece to the work of a 12 year old playing 2K in the thread span. Still a damn fine player though.

I don't think I ever enjoyed Harden's game as much as I have other stars.

Would much rather watch prime Kobe, Durant, McGrady, Westbrook etc.

Curry isn't in the same galaxy as Harden.

I'm still fine with my Steph pick, not a whole ton of dif between the 3 tho.

Harden did, he dropped 46 on OKC, also shorthanded. Harden had more boards, assists and was more efficient. Curry went cold in the last 3 minutes against New York when Melo took over and as a result New York still won.

Even before this season the Harden v Curry debate was still alive.

Now its a landslide.

Curry's career trajectory is pretty absurd when you look back at this sort of stuff. Not sure anyone besides him could have predicted him becoming the GOAT shooter/MVP (best player on the planet I guess?) back then, an all star and elite tier PG sure but who know's how we'll be looking at him in 3/4 years if he and The Warriors keep a rolling.

As soon as he got going I was telling people he (Curry) could easily surpass Miller and Allen shooting wise. Didn't expect him to do much else though.
