I know he wants to play in the easier East, but i'm still salivating at opportunity of getting him to Memphis.

A rebounder like him is almost impossible to find, if Jerry could wangle something, we'd be a legit threat in the West.

Bring on the offseason.

Has stayed injury free and has had the type of season that he has threatened to do in the past. Injuries to Murphy and Foyle has let him play solid minutes and have a role at both ends of the floor. Agree with P&P that Damps would be a good fit at Memphis and would probably make Gasol even more effective.

As i typed that we went on a 12-0 run on the back of Lo Wright.

Dampier is a freak on the boards, leads the league in offensive rebs per game this year. Actually he might be just behind Elton, but he has missed half the season.

Would be a very good acquisition for a lot of teams.

He's been linked with going back to Indy...and he says he wants to play for a winning team....but he'd want the big money and with what happened with Brad Miller, it doesn't look likely.
