Better idea to meetup at a pub for an Essendon interstate game as was previously mentioned! The idea of standing around next to a statue outside waiting for people to show. Then when they do saying hello for 5 mins and sheepishly talking crap nervously is none appealing.

At a pub watching an interstate there is a common. To cheer the team on!!! And there is beer.

Just personally, there is something wrong and disturbing about guys meeting up and not having beer involved.

Not that it was asked for, but there's my two cents!
