No.

Except keyhole. Does that count?

Two eye operations by the time I was three and a half.
An operation to loosen a muscle in my neck when I was 12, to stop it pulling my head into an unnatural position.
A patella realignment when I was 14, since after first dislocating my knee two years earlier it kept periodically popping out and back in again.

How old are you? That's a fair effort. Never visited people who have had a baby or had a sick grandparent?
Grandparent once, i guess i meant personally. But i am 21 so i've still got plenty of time

Circumcised as a baby.
Appendix removed when I was 12 on Friday 13th December, 1985. The scar it 5cm long. It was the surgeons first operation ever in a small town called Charleville.
Infected big toe on my left foot to remove a nail. It was performed by a Doc who was later suspended for being drunk on the job and butchering people. My toe still grows a claw that drops off every four or five years.

OP wants a yes or no... not a life story.

Also, Yes.

anesthetic seldom works on me. one time, they pumped me with gas, count to 10, still awake, pumped more gas, count to 10, still awake, shoved sticks of cocaine up each nostril, still awake, injected me serum, still awake....i was in so much pain i couldn't get knocked out, drowsy, yes, but not knocked out....so they had to do the operation with me while awake, seeing as also they had put so much anesthetic in me it was dangerous to put any more.

another time, badly broken nose, same thing, then tried locals, injections into my face/nose to be able to do the operation, so im sitting there wide awake while they're cutting and breaking/setting my nose, lifting the whole skin of my nose up off my face....problem was the local wore off, the doctor noticed me feeling the cutting/etc, so they had to get some male nurses/doctors to like hold me down to continue the operation.

another time, they pumped me full of so much anesthetic to finally knock me out, for a day operation, i ended up in intensive care for a week, apparently i may have even died at the operating table, vital signs.
This is like what a kid would tell other kids...

Who told you that "apparently" you may have died on the operating table due to the anesthetic?
How did you know that they 'pumped you full of so much anesthetic'?

You had to be held down by doctors and nurses, while they cut skin off your face?

I just don't understand who you expect to believe this...

Remember always....I only tell the truth %100 absolutely. You must yield to your doubts etc and trust me. Seriously. The world is a big and wondrous place. Bizarre stories etc.

Nurses told me in intensive care I was either gone or almost gone, because they put too much in me. When I asked....how come im in intensive care when it was a day procedure.

Seriously, yes, they had to hold me down while the doctor cut skin from around my nose, saw him lift all that skin/cartilage up, my eyes looking down, as he crunched and did stuff under there. Then stitch back up (internal sutures). It was a very badly broken nose, needed rhinoplasty.

This was all in the MidWest USA around late 70's early 80s.

Large birthmark removed from face when I was 3, hernia, fallopian tube clean when I was a teen (VERY lucky to be able to have 2 healthy children :)) appendix out, gall bladder out, full hysterectomy including womb, fallopian and ovaries later in life..sisters always tease me I'm an empty cave lol.

Razor Ray cops the media attention.

But this one thinks he is the most important thing on the ground.

At least the end of the day if you removed his "me me" personality rays a good umpire in the scheme of things. His personality puts about everyone offside so they think hes woeful. Nicholls is self asorbed and a very average umpire
