I know it's easy to say but swap Watkins for DCL and we win that game.

We really just need to survive this season and strengthen up front.

Good to get the win, but look at Keane for their second goal. How is he still playing for this club?

I hope it’s lesson learnt to never sub on Young & Keane agin if we are wanting to play out a comfortable win

Problem was we were getting very tired and we had to do something and thats all we have on the bench.

Sean Dyche: 3 wins in 19.

David Moyes: 2 wins in 3.
No way we get 6 or even 1-2 points under Dyche for the last 3 games.

I’m on board the Moyes train Mk II

I also don’t feel as bad about the Bournemouth result after seeing how they dismantled forest

I'm on board but we play Leicester at home next. All the make up of a deflating result after a string of good form.

Win against them and relegation looks pretty unlikely, big game.

I can actually enjoy watching games again since Dyche left, even if we are still a work in progress. We are playing very differently and the players look to be enjoying it more.

Injuries suck though, down to 1 fully fit striker now

I don’t hate Dyche like I do Rafa, he did wonders with what he had to work with.

But we made the right decision at the time we had to. Keep him on and we are probably 17th right now, instead we are 10pts clear of the zone and our squad actually has confidence.

I love Everton not ruining our weekends!!! It’s gonna be a long road, but we are in a much better position than a month ago

Glad of a point.
Great to see Beto thriving, Moyes smiling and Goodson pumping

Anyone that says Dyche should have stayed should be kicked in the shins

Things have totally turned for the better

Fitting end to the Merseyside derby at Goodison. I really hope Ndiaye hasn’t done his knee, we really need him.

No one has picked up more points than us over the last five games.

We are as close to 5th points wise as we are to 18th.

We can stop looking over our shoulders nervously and start seeing who is ahead of us.

Currently above United and Spurs (though they both have a game in hand)

In Moyesiah we trust!

Everton shirt sponsor Stake has left the UK market after the country’s Gambling Commission (GC) launched an investigation into the company’s advertising conduct.

Stake, which has been Everton’s lead commercial partner since 2022, will continue to operate internationally but customers in the United Kingdom are already unable to use its site.

Is stake owned by ed craven?

**** VAR.

Tried as hard as they could to try and disallow our first goal.

Then blatantly ignored the jumper pull angle when overturning our penalty shout at the death.

We shouldn’t have fallen asleep for their second goal though. Their first was a peach.

It was most identical to the Bournemouth collapse, complete control up until they scored. That whole goal came from a dive from Garnacho, which is all he did when he came onto the pitch.

Not saying it was theatrical, but we are a club that aren’t gifted penalties like breathing on Salah, so I don’t blame him for making it obvious. I hate diving, but he had an arm and his shirt pulled which impeded him - penalty.

VAR made the correct call based on reviewing Maguire, but the penalty was right before it. How were there 20 different angles looking into phases of the first goal, but then the ref gets 2 angles of a few seconds of play for the penalty call?
