Excel Closes Slow

Does anyone know why, when I try to close an Excel file, it takes up to a minute for it to disappear?

This happens even if its all of excel, or just one worksheet. Saving a file is as quick as should be expected, though!

Just an idea. Go to your windows\temp directory and delete all files. Excel can have problems when the temp dir gets too big
