I never started one despite being at uni when it started getting big. I win. They will write shitty pop songs about me and sell them for millions to teeny boppers.

just pressed the button and it says "set your sidebar status" and then shows a newsfeed of my friends' activities
i'm guessing its the sidebar from the website now available on the app?

That's been there for ages. Its a feed of your friends i guess. Says if they comment or like anything.
 
Parents of small children are the ****ing worst on Facebook. Always sharing articles like "Things only parents understand," "Things said on cops that you also say to your toddler," or "Reasons my kid was crying." And then you get the ones who send humorous and witty comics about kids to their partner, with the comment "Remind you of anyone? :p:drunk:"

**** that off. Private message that boring shit. My wife and I have promised each other we're not going to degenerate into that sort of Facebook pest when we have kids.

My mum sends heaps on this kind of stuff to me, thinking it's cute and/or funny.
 
The stupid wife of one of my mates always puts a big Happy Birthday thing for him on Facebook, and addressed directly to him. Except he doesn't have Facebook, so he'll never see it, it's just so she can have some more attention.

well, i think they do it to get attention

like i don't like, but can handle RIP posts - I think they are attention seeking but don't really get them.

But surely after 8 years this girl (who would've been 12 when her grandma died) has some closure about her gma dying of old age and has moved forward
